Each order is
hand made, therefore please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your
order. If a rush order is needed, we can accommodate depending
on the quantity and availability. Personalization is available
at no extra charge. Orders can be cancelled up to 3 days after
order is confirmed over the phone. Rush orders cannot be
cancelled because orders are started immediately. Shipping
costs will vary depending on the customer’s location.
The cookies come in average sizes of
approximately 2-1/2" x 3" inches, 3" x 4" or
3-1/2" x 5" depending on the actual shape. The shelve life
of our cookies is 2 months, if sealed in an airtight container.
Our cookies do
not contain nuts however we are not a nut free kitchen.
Therefore, our cookies are not suitable for those with nut
allergies. Those with nut allergies should refrain from
eating our cookies.
